Part 1: Mark 11:1-10

There is an excitement because here comes Jesus! There were shouts of “Hosanna” meaning “Lord come now. Save us!” Often times we are excited to worship. But does that sense of worship come from a sense of gratitude of what is to come of Jesus’ sacrifice?

Part 2: Mark 15:21-39

The events had changed from Sunday to Friday. No more shouts of “Hosanna!”  No more shouts of joy. Now the shouts are to “crucify him!” Because of his sacrifice we get to have eternal life.
