Jesus was now betrayed by one of His very own: Judas Iscariot. Jesus now would be put to death on the cross - a criminals death. It was the love of money by Judas that started the betrayal, however Judas regretted his decision and it cost his life. It was the love of Jesus for us that His death took place.
